No. We work with companies at every stage — from zero AI to advanced implementations seeking optimisation.

We serve startups, SMEs, real estate, hospitality, professional services, healthcare, and education — with engagements across India, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and selected clients in other markets. Workshops are delivered in English by default; German is available on request.

No customer data is ever used to train third-party models. We work under DPA terms with enterprise providers (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) that contractually prohibit training on customer content. Multi-region data residency is available — Switzerland, the EU, the UK, India, or US cloud regions — on request.

You do. All audits, roadmaps, frameworks, and documents we produce are delivered under work-for-hire. We retain no rights, and the materials cannot be reused for other clients without your written permission.

The advisory is designed as an enabling engagement. Every deliverable is written for your team to execute independently. There is no proprietary FairIT runtime, no lock-in, and the roadmap is yours to run with — internally or with another partner.

Yes. After the initial discovery call, we share 2–3 reference clients in your industry (or closest comparable) who have agreed to speak with prospective partners. Confidentiality means we cannot publicly list them, but the conversations are real and unmediated.
