Yes. Retainers are flexible and can be scaled with 30 days notice.

Retainer access is least-privilege by default — we work in your tenant, not ours. No customer data trains external models. All access is logged and auditable. Retainers can run under multi-region data residency (Switzerland, EU, UK, India, or US), and on-premise options are available for sensitive engagements.

Anything we build specifically for your business — automations, copilots, dashboards, prompts, configurations — is yours by default under work-for-hire. Pre-existing FairIT methodology and reusable code patterns remain ours, but everything tailored to you transfers fully.

30 days notice in either direction. At exit you receive complete documentation, all custom code, all knowledge base content, vendor credentials, and a 30-day knowledge-transfer window included in the final month's fee. No data is retained after handover unless you request it.

Yes. After discovery we introduce you to 2–3 active retainer clients (where confidentiality allows) so you can hear directly how the engagement runs, what gets delivered each month, and what the relationship feels like at month 6 vs month 1.
